Today we will collect our Joyful Noise offering which will be given to the Friends in Need Food Pantry. Please give generously.
The Lenten season begins with Ash Wednesday on February 22nd. A worship service will be held at Trinity beginning at 7:30 pm. with Holy Communion and the Imposition of Ashes. We invite all to begin your Lenten Journey for this year by worshipping with us.
Save the Date! On Sunday, February 26th the Founders Hall group will serve a buffet style Ham Dinner from 11:00 am till 1:00 pm in Founders hall. The cost of the dinner is $8.00 for adults and $4.00 for children under 12. We look forward to seeing you there!
Fish Fry Every Friday in Lent - February 24th, March 2nd, 9th 16th, 23rd, & 30th & April 6th at Trinity From 4:00 pm – 7:00 pm, Adults: $8.00 and Children under 12: $4.00 take outs available call 668-4630.

Order forms for the Decorating Committee Easter candy sale are available in the narthex. Deadline for ordering candy is Sunday March 18th. Pick up your candy on Sat. March 31st from 11am until 12 noon or Palm Sun. April 1st, after the service.
We are in need of Bulletin Sponsors! The new Bulletin Sponsor list for 2012 is posted on the bulletin board. The cost of the bulletin sponsorship is $10.00; all monies are due when you place your name on the list. Cards are available for you to fill out with pertinent information and should be included with your payment. These sponsorships are on a first come first serve basis. Sight & Sound trip – Jonah, The First Methodist Church is sponsoring a trip to the Sight & Sound Theatre in Lancaster on June 9 to see “Jonah.” The bus will leave Tamaqua at 10 a.m. for the 1 p.m. show. Dinner at Shady Maple follows the show. Reservations must be made by March 15. Cost of the show and bus is $92. Dinner is $20. The bus and show must be paid by March 15. Zion Lutheran Church will be collecting gowns, shoes, and jewelry for the 2012 school prom. Collection date will be Saturday, March 3rd from 10:00 am until 12:00 noon. Distribution will be on Friday March 16th, from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and Saturday, March 17th from 11:00 am until 4:00 PM. Thank you for your help and participation.
